Refund policy
We have a same day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 24 hours after receiving your item to process a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 24 hours of receipt. The product also needs to be in its original packaging. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase. With exceptions made at the discretion of our management team on a case-by-case basis, returns cannot not be accepted unless a product is either damaged or inedible, or if there was an error with your order (example: wrong item). Please note that cash-returns cannot be facilitated. Instead, you will receive store credit in the amount of your original purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that Instagram and direct messaging on social media are NOT considered platforms through which a return can be initiated.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (by phone or email) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
It will be up to the discretion of the managers to determine whether an item passes these conditions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Cash refunds CANNOT be facilitated, instead you will receive store credit in the amount of your original purchase (only if receipt/proof of payment is provided).
